1. The seller

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between RaveDragons and a consumer (the "customer") through the website. Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

3. Offer and order

Products are sold while stock lasts. We can refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious errors, suspected fraud or stock issues. The agreement comes into effect when we confirm the order by email after a successful payment.

4. Prices

Prices are in EUR and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We accept iDEAL and major credit/debit cards. Orders ship after payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3-7 business days inside the EU after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative. Risk of loss passes to the customer at delivery (or, for a carrier chosen by the customer, at handover to that carrier).

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Dutch law (Wet Koop op Afstand) you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to info@ravedragons.com within that 14-day period (a model withdrawal form is available on request). After notifying us, return the product within 14 days.

Conditions for return

  • The product must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.
  • The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
  • You are liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Refund

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost we charged, within 14 days from notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or evidence of its return.

8. Conformity and warranty

The product must comply with the agreement at delivery. The statutory warranty under Dutch law applies. Defects must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by RaveDragons or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to the customer's mandatory rights of jurisdiction.
