Shipping
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We ship across the EU. Delivery is typically 3-7 business days after payment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping inside the Netherlands is free. EU shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link.
Orders
How do I pay?
We accept iDEAL, credit and debit cards through Mollie. All payments are encrypted end-to-end.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@ravedragons.com within 24 hours. After dispatch we cannot modify the order, but you can return it under your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Why are drops limited?
We design and produce in small runs. Once a drop is sold out it's gone for good. The next dragon is already in design.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Under Dutch law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, no reason required. The product must be unused and in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method.
Product care
How do I clean my backpack?
Spot clean with cold water and a mild soap. Avoid machine washing - it damages the plush and weakens the straps.
Is it weather-resistant?
The lining is treated against light rain and dust. For heavy rain we recommend a rain cover.
Can I dry it in the sun?
Air-dry in shade. Direct sunlight may fade the colour.
