Shipping

• Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders.
• EU: Flat fee shown at checkout. Delivery typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Orders ship after payment confirmation. You receive a tracking link by email.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Dutch law (Wet Koop op Afstand) you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving any reason. To start a return, email info@ravedragons.com within that 14-day period. After notifying us, return the product within 14 days.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• The customer pays the direct cost of return shipping.
• The customer is liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Refund

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost we charged, within 14 days from notice of withdrawal, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or evidence of its return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@ravedragons.com with photos and your order number.
